What Can I Claim For?
If the accident was not your fault then you can make a claim for the following.
- Repairs to your vehicle
- The cost of a replacement vehicle for the period of time your vehicle is off the road
- Compensation for you and any passengers in your vehicle
- Any out of pocket expenses, these might include your Excess and any valuables damaged
Should I tell my Insurance Company?
Any claim we make on your behalf is from the at fault drivers insurance company. You should inform your insurer for information purposes only. We can always do this for you, if we take your claim on.
Will it cost me anything?
Other than your time, nothing.
When an accident is not your fault you shouldn’t have to pay for any of the resulting costs. We claim all these costs back from the guilty party’s insurers.
